Processing and Shipping Time
All used miners undergo rigorous testing by our certified technicians prior to shipping. Please allow 3-4 business days for equipment testing.

For new miners, shipments originate from our warehouses in or Hong Kong, they may also be housed in the US in our Oregon or Wisconsin warehouse. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note: All sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Warranty Information
All brand-new miners come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty. Ace Miners also offers an optional extended warranty, which brings the total coverage to 12 months for added peace of mind.

Packaging
All miners are shipped with power supply units included.
